Paid for wheels, no communication!
Need some help. I sent a cashiers check to a forum member over 2 weeks ago for some chrome wagon wheels. The seller was ordering new wheels from House of Wheels and was going to ship the wagons as soon as his new ones came in. We have been in contact up until last Thursday when he sent me an e-mail asking me to call him. I have called and left multiple messages, e-mailed, and sent a pm. No response. I don't want to post his name since I don't know his situation and am sensitive to unexpected things in life. I just want the wheels or my money back so I can hunt for another set! What do you guys think?

How long are you willing to wait is the question. I would start to worry if someone had my money and didn't return my calls. Give it a few days and post who he is if you still don't hear from him.

I'd wait a day then post his name if he hasn't contacted you. Give him a chance to respond.

Luckily not the same guy. I hope I get the wheels I paid for or at least get my money back. In all my dealings on the forum, I have had nothing but perfect transactions so far!

Give him a week total time since you last heard from him (that would be until Thursday). If no response either through E-mail or phone, then post away. That should be long enough to respond. Good luck getting this resolved.

I would post the city & state, than someone from there might be able to contact you and get his name and address and check it out for you with out a negitive post etc. hope it works out for you.

That was the plan. The last I heard from him he sent me the tracking number for his new wheels. Then he told me to call him. So I did...many times along with e-mail and pm. No response. Maybe they will just show up at my door one day soon....

The wheels were supposed to ship last Thursday--the day he disappeared. I will give it until this Thursday at which time I will post the name and location of the seller. Thanks for all the help everyone!
