Simple Rim size question
I have a 93 vert with brand new Firestone Wide Ovals on it and was looking at adding some new rims around the fall of this year. I did not change the normal tire size 255/45/17 fronts and 285/40/17 on the rear. Here is my question: Looking at the Z06 motorsports, do I need 17 x 8.5 all the way around or 8.5 on the front and 9.5 on the rear?

You can go either way 17x8.5" up front and 17x9.5" in the back or 17x9.5" all around. Personally I would go with the 17x9.5" all around. This way you have two options, upgrade to 275/40/17 tires up front at a later date or do the 275 or 285 tires all around.
