Can someone answer this?
Will Stock Z06 Wheels fit a normal C5? is there an offset issue? I know the wheels are a little wider but do you need spacers if you were to use stock Z's on a reg c5?

No issue at all, people can even run 18x11 w/o issue.
You are good to buy a set.
Now, if you are talking about C6 Z06, then you will have issue.
