BBS bankrupt?
I was reading on another forum that I frequent, Lincoln LS owner's club, a postie from some "import tuner" website stating that BBS has filed for bankruptcy. Rising material costs and lower product demands were two reasons cited for the rumors.
Anybody here heard anyhting?

BBS AG (Germany) has filed chapter 11 bankruptcy. We have talked to BBS America about this and they expect no change in operations.
It should be noted that this is not a closing or going out of business type of bankruptcy but instead a restructuring. Also BBS America is a Delaware Corp. and is funded by US banks. In addition BBS Japan is a completely separate company that simply produces all of the BBS forged wheels.
