ruff racing wheels

does anybody know if the ruff rims have clear coat on the lip?i got some black ones with the polished lip.i tried giving it a high polish and it worked for one wheel but not for the other ones.any answers will be appreciated.thanks

If you didnt have that, you can make the lip more polished but you will have to keep on polishing it over and over because it will get stained easily.

thanks for the response.was hoping the lip wasn't clear coated.what i don't understand is how did i make one wheel shine almost like chrome.
