Not sure about street use -- but I have used "Slime" on both of my garden tractors. They were always getting flats from thorns, etc in the yard. Yes - huge thorns, some 3 inches long at the time. Put this in all 8 tires (2 tractors x 4 tires). Never had a problem since. That was probably 4 or 5 years ago. I also have a few buddies that use this in their ATVs for the same reason.
