C3 offset trailing arm install
I am currently running 245/45/17's on my 79 Vette.If I install Van Steel offset trailing arms in back,what size 17's will fit,& look right? I dont think theres anything wider than 255's in 45/17's.

It all depends on if you have a rear sway bar, are willing to shorten your springs or have a dual mount spring. If you don't run a rear bar, and are willing to shorten the spring a 1/2 " on each side, you can use a 17x10 w.a 5.5" backspace and run a 285 series tire.

Thanks. I have installed front & rear dual mount composite springs.lowered about 1.5" all around. I only have a front bar now
