Default Offset question for C4

Hey everyone, I have a quick question about new wheels for my 1993 corvette.

The wheels I am looking at are a 45mm offset. How much is this going to stick out on my 93?

The GS offset (50mm) sticks out 1/4 to 1/2 inch. 45mm would stick out 5mm farther than the GS offset.

it will depend on how wide the wheel is.

For 285 or 275 front or rear you need 17 x 9.5 x 56, with 56 being the off-set.
For 315's on rear you would need 17 x 11 x 50, with 50 being the proper off-set....(which is the "GrandSport" off-set) :)

Did you even read my question?

I got it figured out now. It will stick out 3/8ths of an inch past where the stock rims are. Most of that should fit under the fender so I think it should look killer! Pics coming soon.
