Default Please help!!!!!

I ordered 360 forged wheels back in december, and was told they would be here in 6 weeks....Well that was a lie,but fine im patient... 3 weeks ago,i was told they were shipped out,and should be here in no time...

Well after 2 weeks of asking for a shipping numbers, asking what i can do to get them here.. I cant get a reply,by email,pm,and the PHONE.. So i guess that was another lie...

I sold my wheels a month ago when i was told they were alomst done.. Now my buddy from latemodel racecraft that was nice enough to loan me his wheels needs them back, because his car is done.. So basicly my car is on a lift with no wheels... If they would have just been straight up with me, i would have no issues...

Because of whats going on im now having to buy a stock set of wheels so i cant get my car off of latemodel racecraft's lift...

Can someone point me to good honest wheel company, that has a good turn around time? Because the way it looks, they gave me such a good deal with my combo there wanting me to cancel my order..I think there about to get there wish. I odered the split 7's brushed face, with chrome lip,so nothing crazy,or time consuming... I also like the mesh 10's....

ANY ADVICE,OR HELP WOULD BE GREAT...

THANKS
JASON

contact house of wheels. Heard nothing but great things about them but I feel you should be posting the name of the company you are doing business with so others can be warned as to avoid them. This kind of shady business dealings cannot be endorsed. If you have any kind of contractual agreement, a lawyer may be able to help and make them pay your legal fees to boot.

I did post the name of the company.. Its 360 forged...I really didnt want to because, its not my style to bad mouth a shop, plus ive seen other customers make post telling there horror stories, and other people defend the company..
I really hate this has come down to this, but im in a real bind here...

You know if they hadnt shipped out the wheels, they shouldnt say they did...

If theres a problem let me know..Dont give me the run around... I had a nice 3 piece wheel before hand, and the only reason i ordered these, was i couldnt pass up on the low price they gave me,at the end of the year...Plus i was told they would be done, and ready to ship to the speed shop that built my car in the first week in febuary...

Now its march, and noone will talk to me, or reply to email, and pm's...

I think you need to follow the obvious steps.....That is, if you paid by CC, and hopefully you did, call the CC company and file a complaint. I would also see if they will cancel the charge to your card.

Send the wheel company a registered letter, I forget the exact term at the moment, where someone has to sign for it, and you get a record back that it was delivered and accepted. In the letter, tell them that, due to their inability to deliver as promised, you're cancelling the order for the wheels. Include your phone number in the letter, just in case they want to call you....

Call CCW and order a set of wheels. In two weeks, when they arrive, and they WILL arrive, install them on your car and enjoy!

I think thats called a certified letter.. At first i didnt want to cancel because i love the wheels, and it was such a low price.I dont think they will give me any problem on a refund, i just feel like by doing that im letting them win...

I also sold my z51 breaks to a gentleman on here a month ago,and cant take them off till i get wheels that will fit a big break kit.. Thank god the guy is very understanding on why he hasnt gotten the breaks he paid for...

What sucks is i sold my wcc 946 ext's rims, with brand new tires, and sensors for $2800...
Besides my vette my dad has a new 08 ZO6,and my mom has one as well,so they both want wheels to,and were going to order some from 360 as well, but since all this happen now there waiting on me to find a new wheel company....
I have talked with d2 forged, and i think me and my dad are going to order 2 sets of wheels, tires, and sensors,if i dont hear something today.
Thanks for the advice, good to hear everyones replies, and pm's being sympathetic... Lets pray i hear something today..
