Default Re-drilling wheels

I have an opportunity to buy some magnesium wheels, but they are 4.5 bolt circle and I need them drilled for 4.75 bolt pattern. Is there anyone who can do this precisely accurately and safely?

Back in the 70s, a couple of wheel makers had wheels with an oblong lug hole, in order to accomodate either a 4.5" and 4.75" bolt circle, or a 4.75" and 5.0" bolt circle. The wheels then used a "mag style" lug nut and washer.

I would assume that's what you're trying to accomplish. However, you say "magnesium wheels" in your post. Are these wheels truly magnesium, or simply custom wheels, that you're referring to as "mags"?
Magnesium would be difficult to machine, as it's combustable, and if it catches fire, it becomes VERY dangerous to extinguish, so I doubt you could easily find somebody to work on them.

Are they particularily rare? Something that you simply couldn't find another set in the correct bolt pattern?
