I am looking for tires and rims or just tires delivered. i have $700 to spend total

sizes,,,

P245/45 ZR17 front and P275/40 ZR18 rear.

I was looking at this tire for my 97 vette. How is this tire as far as quiet ride and tread life quality. Was also considering the General tire you guys have for the vette.
