Best fix-a-flat solution
I will soon be switching tires to a good I can use on the street and the track. I know I am compromising but not ready to buy a whole new set of tires and rims for 5 or 6 track days a year. The new tires will obviously not be run flats, since those perform so poorly on the track.
I'm looking for guidance on a good fix-a-flat solution that won't cause any issues with sensors. Yesterday at the track, one of the guys there with a C6 like mine said the generic fix-a-flat you get at most stores can damage the sensors. I ran a search on this forum and found this link from a post made a while back:

Has anyone used this before that can offer feedback or suggest an alternative? I'm open to buying the ContiComfortKit on TireRack, I just haven't known anyone who has used it so I'm hoping someone can chime in.
Thanks

my wife has even used it successfully once when she went out of town shopping and hit a nail filled 2x4

Tire shops might also charge you more to fix the tire if it can be patched, due to the mess this makes inside of the tire, but should get you home, the important part.
When I go on long trips with any of my cars, I take a plug kit, small compressor and bottle of soapy water to find any leaks and a small hooked needle nose pliers to pull any screws or nails I might find.
