As of yet..they are not available in runflats; however, the C7 sports the ZP (runflat) version of the supersport tire in base sizes. Not sure about Z sizes yet...

they have not announced any runflat Pilot Super Sports yet ... but, if past history proves correct, since I have posted this they will be introducing that ALL of the Super Sports are runflat tires starting yesterday if not sooner
