Has anyone here bought rims from CARiD, and can you tell me anything about their quality?

If you want the ultimate in frustration in poor customer service CarId is the place!

They shipped me the wrong item when I ordered running boards for my truck. Wrong color, no mounting brackets (as advertised), and even wrong size for my truck. They are giving me all kinds of delay tactics to prevent me from returning them. You wait 1/2 hour at a time on hold for customer service then it sounds like it is "off shore" people who can't even understand what your issue is!

Don't, don't. You'll be sorry

I had a good transaction with carid. Got my wheels through them promptly and had no issues.
