Toyo R888's in rear and stockers up front?
I was thinking of replacing just the rear tires on my c6 with R888's and keeping the stock good years up front. The car is making around 600rwhp and I am unable to hook in the lower gears. Do you think buying just the rear tires will be fine?
Thanks

Although I don't have a Vette but I do have a Camaro.. I know a few guys that did this exact setup and it's fine. I have r888's on my rears and stock GY Eagle F1's for the fronts.
However, if you're tracking the car hard then match the tires. With a rear wheel drive car and a staggered setup, there shouldn't be any issues. For the AWD's or folks running a square setup then it's better to match.
The rule of thumb is, always match driver and passenger tires/wheels
