Default Decoding the date off an old tire

Can anyone tell me how to decode the date on a tire from the 60’s. Any help would be appreciated.

Also what brands of tires were used on a 1967?

The only thing I can decipher from C2F6306 without knowing the brand of the tire is that it was made in 1963 on the 6th week. Did you get this code from the bead or the sidewall? The brands of tires used in 1967 are Goodyear Power Cushion, Firestone Deluxe Champion, U S Royal Laredo, B.F. Goodrich Silvertown 660 or 770, and General Jet Air II.
