To be totally honest, I've seen a LOT of aftermarket wheels, over the years, but I've never seen those. However, going by what I see with the hub covers, and the Chevy "bowtie", I'll take a SWAG (scientific wild assed guess), and say that it looks like something that may have been made by American Racing.....
