Cracked wheels?
I have a 2018 GS w/5500 miles. I have chrome wheels. I have read about potential problem with wheels developing cracks. Can anyone tell me how to determine whether the wheel is cracked and if so, what is the remedy, including purchase of a new set of wheels?
I also had PVD coated chrome wheels on my CTS V a few years ago, and I loved them. They appear like a medium to deep gray but still like chrome. Does anyone know how or where to get this coating or exchange my wheels for PVD coated chrome wheels?
Last question: I am "old school" and have trouble with putting what I consider to be ugly black wheels on any otherwise incredibly beautiful Corvette (or anything else for that matter)?? Is it time for me to go-to-pasture?
