Tire size question
I have 275/40/17's on my stock 17 x 9/5 wheels. I am going to get new 17 x 8.5 y2k's? Any problem running with the same tires. I don't think so but just want to make sure. Thanks.

Most manufactures recommend a rim width of 9-11" for that tire with the 9.5" rim being the optimun size. That being said there are a lot of people on here running them on 17x8.5 rims w/o any problems.

275/40-17 minimum wheel width is 9.0"
