You could always look into aftermarket castings which are superior anyways. Probably more money but you'll have no valve drop worries. Brodix, Trickflow, PRC, Frankenstein, Mast Motorsports etc. And...

Too busy to give an account of each nut and bolt, but the balancer is on. WHAT a difference that installation tool makes! Radiator is set in but not secured, etc. I'm hoping to test-fire it up...

I don't know how the paint lives at the body joints where is it is bolted together.
I expect to see that on my 23, I have had the rear bumper off several times, no problems yet.

there was a welding shop in youngstown that filled my bottles cheap. Back in 2004 timeframe was $35 for a 10 lb bottle (Summit was around $50-55 then)
last time ingot it filled there was 2021
