test fitting the horizontal bonding strip. on this side we cut the rear fender at the width of the 1 1/2" blue masking tape. the other side we cut about half inch lower.

Ford rotor(black) is 3/8" shorter than the Chev rotor. The Wilwood agent recommended 0.482 caliper spacer which is almost half inch. Other spacers are 0.357" and 0.407" would be closer to 3/8 difference. I didn't want to have to go back and forth trying to get it just right but they also have a couple shims and spacers on the bolt kit.

changing out to the Ford backing plate and retainer would make the Chev brakes the same. notice the Chev backing plate has dual bolt pattern.

had to grind new part both sides (on the corner close to the windshield) to get it to lay down flush with door but it's going to work. we noticed they were a little thick on the fiberglass work in that area
