Default Amp turn on

Mark,

I know this topic has been beaten to death, but please humor me about this.

Pioneer AVH-5700BHS installed by me using PAC RP4-GM11. Unit worked fine for a few months, now no sound. All fuses good.

I understand that I have to connect blue/white wire to b3 wire.

Just one clarification please, do I leave the connection to the interface intact, and ADD a jumper AROUND interface, or, just cut blue/white wire going into interface, and connect to other side of interface.

If I cut wire going in, will I lose any functions?

Thanks,
R

Either way will work just fine (assuming the problem is that your interface adapter crapped out).
