Carbon fibre splitter fix
It had to happen sooner or later; curb encounter! I can purchase 3M Automix adhesive and an applicator gun for $350 or so and try to fix this myself, or, as a longshot is there anyone in the Winston-Salem, Mooresville, Concord, NC area that can do this?? It's not cracked all the way thru. Probably not going to hold up at 150 mph

It's not cracked all the way through to the back side. I think I'd rather fix it, because it is was a HUGE PITA to mount, let alone take off and replace.

I cant tell the extent of the damage from just one picture but Id remove the splitter and put an epoxy adhesive on the inside; typically I use gorilla glue epoxy or permatex plastic weld for this type of work.
If you need more strength you can add a layer or two of carbon on the inside as well
good luck!

get in touch with my guys at LG and they can get you a "Care package" with some Carbon cloth, resin and hardener so you can fix it from the bottom.
you won't be able to eliminate the cracked visual without some clear coat but it will be structurally sound.
thanks
