Yes, Weathertec, we know you are an American company. Thank you for all of the advertising to sponsor your German car team. I'm sure there is a Corvette deal in the works.

Man, this Fox broadcast is almost exclusively Prototype coverage. Glad I cant get the Corvette in car streaming and the live timing and scoring.

Here we go with another restart with only 11 minutes to go. Hope we get a clean restart. The Beemer is right behind us again and they race dirty IMHO.

Congratulations to Corvette Racing and yet another podium finish for Taylor DP Corvette!
As much as #10 needed a yellow flag, I didn't want one for the sake of the C7R and yet with under 20 mins to go, a prototype catches fire!
Great finish by Garcia and CONGRATULATIONS to Jan on his 1st 24 Hours at Daytona win!!
Disappointing situation for the Taylor team, as I wanted to see them track down the EcoBoost Ford.
Overall it's a great day for American Sports Car Racing! Of the 12 podium places for the overall race, the American Manufacturers were standing on 9 of those 12 podium steps. Great job by Chevrolet, Ford and Dodge. The competition just makes Corvette push harder and we all win with great transfer to the street cars.
I am fortunate enough to own two makes from this series, Corvette Z06 and Ford Focus ST, daily driver and I am waiting for next week on the release of the Focus RS with the EcoBoost motor, and then I will place my order for that car.

I watched every minute of the TV coverage. It was pretty entertaining. Many of the problems from last year's Tudor debut seem to have been cured for the most part, though I still don't like how cars can make up laps. Luckily, that won't be in effect in the sprint races. I'm already looking forward to Sebring.

It certainly is a catchy term....

Anyway, that was a good race. I both cheered and cringed when the two factory 911s collided, but felt bad for the Falken team. I can't remember the exact words the teams used to describe the situation while the car was coming in for the last time, but it was funny...

Any one know what caused the last caution, I was in the grandstands watching a porshe that spun in turn 1 that wouldn't get going, waiting to bring to bring out a caution, I saw the caution come out, he got going and then I saw the smoke over at the busstop. Both the cars involved were in the top 10 over all. The DP was the one that made the pole and the other was the first place Challenge car. Just never heard what brought them together???

It looks bad, but the driver was OK.
