Paint choice for A arms?

Hi Danny,
I believe the consenses is that the a-arms had more paint on them than the frame did and it was generally a bit more glossy than the frame.... but still not gloss.
Also, depending on the year, the cross shaft and bushings may have been in place when the arm was painted.

Semi-gloss black for the frame and A-arms.

Melting Slicks
For 78/79 the frame was painted Low Gloss Black and the A arms Semi-gloss Black.

I also agree with 7T1. I used the same semi-flat black on frame and A-arms.
