Hi

I am looking at the 2.5" Rams Horn exhaust manifolds available at places such as Speedway

My Vette is a 71 that has 2" Rams Horns with a different alternator attachment (end bolts on manifold) compared to these ones that have 2 facing bolt holes.

Would i just need an alternator bracket from a 63 vette that attaches to the 2 manifold bolt holes to use them ?

Does anyone have experience with these ?

I would think you can just cut off the extensions and grind smooth.
The front head mount for the alt is a good mount.

If you use those manifolds the stock front 2.5" pipes froma 63-5 SBC C2 will fit like a glove (only verified on Vettes with Muncie and Tremec manual transmissions, TH400 your on your own.)
