Ground to 68 Corvette wiper override switch
I am replacing the wipermotor on my early 68 corvette and at the same time restore it to the original wiring (was changed to 69-> wiring).
I have found the old correct wires and connected them according to the 68 wiring diagram. The override switch was missing and I have installed the correct 1- pin early switch. My question is how this switch will get ground connection? Should there be a ground wire connected to the override bracket?

The '68 switch grounds through the mount, there is a separate ground pictured below. The ring connector goes under one of the screws that hold the override switch mount.
Don't leave it in the override position because it will drain your battery.

i'm working on getting my wipers going (early 68)... which position is the wiper override in the off position, all the way CW or CCW?
is there a test to see if the overide switch is ok?
sorry to hijack the thread...
