Defroster control vacuum source?

Defroster control vacuum source?
Where does engine vacuum connect to for the defroster to open. I have the console out to replace shift boot and armrest cover. I thought it would be on the back of the heater controls but guess not. The line has been removed by PO. What do I look for? A picture would be nice.

Willcox has some good diagrams on their website. It basically comes from the same source as the headlights, tees off and goes to a switch before going to the HVAC unit... I think.

It starts at the heater control... then works forward on the driver side of the shift console, then as the top picture shows, it runs behind the heater box and outward.
