I have a question, since you guys have been so helpful:
I am putting my car back together after numerous fixes, the most notable being you guys helping me with the blower motor. One of the things I did to fix it, was replace a blown fuse in the fuse block. While doing so, I noticed it was hanging by the wires that connect to the fuses, and was not screwed into the firewall as shown in the AIM. A closer inspection revealed that the plastic of the fuse block itself was broken, so that it could not be screwed in as designed. Can I buy a new fuse block? I couldn't find it on your site.

Fuse blocks are not available new from either harness manufacturer and I checked, I don't have a good used one either. I'm afraid you'll either have to repair the holes or purchase a new dash main.
Plastic Fusion or Plastic Weld (same stuff under two different names) should be able to fix you up. I'd fill scuff out the the broken out area, fill the hole with this stuff allow it to dry, sand, drill and then re-mount it to the firewall. I don't know if there would be room to put a metal washer inside the fusion but I would possibly consider this as a way to make it stronger. Plastic Fusion is some pretty awesome stuff.

I don't think that is going to work because of the way it is broken. Let me try to get a decent picture, and maybe the crowd can give me some ideas of a work around.
