what is correct voltage on + terminal on coil ? MSD ignition & 6200 box.

Default what is correct voltage on + terminal on coil ? MSD ignition & 6200 box.

Ignition experts, I put voltmeter on the + terminal on coil & reads only 6 volts >>> :crazy: MSD ignition , MSD coil , MSD 6200 box & distributer. my B/B is running fine........ :confused: do I have a wireing problem or is this an OK reading with MSD ignition system ????? :seeya :flag

Don't think you can measure voltage at the coil if you're running an ignition box. The box stores electricity in a capacitor and then pulses it to the coil to fire. You would need an oscilloscope to see it.
