Finally found out what a code 28(Quad-driver module #3) is, I called a Chevy dealership and they said it was a ECM problem. Didn't believe that, since when I bought the car they had put in a Remanu one just before I bought the car. So I went on the internet and found a sight called -

A Code 28 is either a problem with the A/C clutch or Cooling fan relays.
Hope this helps someone, so they don't have to do what I did.
