Default Jim formato chips

Hi.
I heard about Jim Formato and his very good chips and tuning of engines. I know that he passed away, but his wife together with some associates is proceeding with the chips. I had a crash on my pc so I lost the site/address to the company.
I have an 85 and he did a lot of investigations with chip burning to match the 85 stock and modified.
I would very much appreciate somebody to provide the address??

Basically it is Jims wife and his son Jeremy that has taken over the business. Very nice people, Jim was a great guy not just with proms but in person as well.
