I see no reason why 315/30/20 will not fit on the stock Z51 wheels.
I run 315/35/20 on my Wifes 2013 Camaro and the its also a 20x10. No issues.. No Ballooning. Looks great.

I am going with 305/30/20 and 255/35/19 in the front - Michelin pilot super sports non run flats
Oz Superleggera III:
Front, 18 x 9.5, 59mm
Probably needs a 5mm spacer
Listed under the C5 !
Front, 19 x 9.5, 59mm
Probably needs a 5mm spacer
Listed under the C6
Rear, 19 x 11, 74mm
Listed under the C6
Rear, 20 x 11, 74mm
Listed under the C6
Those are about $900 each which saves a little money over custom built wheels.
Here's a Forgeline example:

Rear Tire Size
Can I fit the NITTO NT555R DRAG RADIAL : 305/35R20 104V on my stock C7 Z51 rear wheels which I believe are 10in wide? Is there any issues with fitment, spacers needed, ect? Would I have to change the front tires for offset reasons or no? This is my first post, I just got my vette not that long ago. Already makes 602RWHP, supercharged, meth, headers, ect ect. Now I need traction!
Here's my C7 tire size chart:
Stock:
245/40-18, front, 25.7" diameter, 8.5" wheel width
285/35-19, rear, 26.9" diameter, 10" wheel width
245/35-19, front, 25.8" diameter, 8.5" wheel width
285/30-20, rear, 26.8" diameter, 10" wheel width
Medium:
255/40-18, front, 26" diameter, 9" wheel width
295/35-19, rear, 27.1" diameter, 10.5" wheel width
255/35-19, front, 26" diameter, 9" wheel width
295/30-20, rear, 27" diameter, 10.5" wheel width
Wide but not extreme:
265/35-18, front, 25.3" diameter, 3.7" sidewall, 9.5" wheel width
305/30-19, rear, 26.3" diameter, 3.6" sidewall, 11" wheel width
265/30-19, front, 25.3" diameter, 3.1" sidewall, 9.5" wheel width
305/30-19, rear, 26.3" diameter, 3.6" sidewall, 11" wheel width
265/30-19, front, 25.3" diameter, 3.1" sidewall, 9.5" wheel width
305/25-20, rear, 26.0" diameter, 3.0" sidewall, 11" wheel width
265/35-19, front, 26.3" diameter, 3.7" sidewall, 9.5" wheel width
305/30-20, rear, 27.2" diameter, 3.6" sidewall, 11" wheel width
Wheel offsets for the 265/305 tire sizes could be 56mm to 51mm front and 79mm to 74mm rear.
But there's a better selection of track and autocross tires in the 305/30-19 rear tire size than in 305/30-20 . The 305/30-19 rear is about 1/2" less diameter than OEM. The 305/30-20 rear is about 1/2" more diameter than OEM.
The 265/35-18 with 305/30-19 pair have nice sidewall heights. And the 265/35-19 with 305/30-20 pair have nice sidewall heights

Try 295-30-20. Some 305-30-20's might work but they too are taller than stock. Check out TireRack specs on the size you are looking for and see width, diameter etc. If you are looking at Nittos, go to their website as it also shows this info. Then compare to stock widths, diameter etc. If you increase rear diameter much, you also need to increase the front approximately the same amount. Also much variance from stock will affect your speedometer and odometer. I am running 255-35-19 fronts and 295-30-20's on rear (Pilot Super Sport non run-flats) with absolutely no issues. Also ride much better.

Ive ran nitto nt05's 305/30/20 as well and was very happy with them. They will be a better all around tire than the nt555r for daily use but i wasn't as confident in rain with those tires vs the nt555r. Not saying the nt555r is a great rain tire, just better than the nt05 non drag radials and any other drag radials that ive used.
Just my $0.02

We are running a 20x11.5 rear with 315/30/20 R888 and absolutely LOVE them. I've been running this tire on both customer and personal vehicles for year without any complaints. These stock Michelins are a joke when it comes to performance.
They will handle 600rwhp a whole lot better than any standard street tire will. Just be prepared for the tread wear. Toyo does also have an awesome drag radial (Proxes TQ), but they do not have a 20" fitment yet. The R888 is technically an autocross tire.
