Thanks Joe!
I'm sure that they'll re-air the Historics race as we come into the off-season.
For you JPM, but non-NASCAR fans, the ARCA race is on Friday the 6th. I believe at 8 pm, but not sure. This will be Montoya's first taxi cab race.
Also, be sure to watch this F1 race at Suzuka because it will be the last. It's one of my favorite tracks so I'll miss it. They are going to run Mount Fuji next year in its place. I guess Toyota purchased Fuji International Speedway in 2000 and pumped a ton of money into it.

At least this season they don't start the race and then go immediately to a commercial. That was the stupidest thing I'd ever seen.
They'll replay the Historics race several times once we get more into the racing off season.

It is their most popular show by far! Guess there is something wrong with us I rather try to wax through the brake dust on the bottom of my car than watch that, What ever happen to Victory By Design? It was used as a filler when the race ended early.

Off topic but in the same vein, has anyone noticed that they
moved my favorite non-racing show, 'Build or Bust' to 10 AM
Wednesdays.
10 AM ?
So the target audience for Scott, Russel, Gard and the rest of what
my wife refers to as the Idiot Savants are now stay-at-home housewives?

I love VBD! There were only a few episodes (4 or 5) though. You'll probably see a few of them now that we are coming into the racing off season.
BTW.. The Petit Le Mans ran short this year, so they filled the time slot with VBD's Ferrari episode already in progress. Did anyone else notice that?

I still miss Two Wheel Tuesday and I wish that Wind Tunnel was on every night of the week like it used to be.

shows. Plus, I have a huge man crush on Alain de Cadenet. He's not
only a walking encyclopedia on racing, he looks awesome for his age (61 next month).
Thanks! I'll have to check out that issue of C&D.
Barrett Jackson gigs chatting about 60's muscle cars and one-off
SoCal customs. Just not his cuppa ...
Gad, the dental bills that guy must have as a result of gritting his teeth.
I caught the C&D article. The power boats on the rivers in Europe
and the air races are just some of the coverage I miss from the
SPEED CHANNEL days.

A lady I was kinda dating before mycurrent wife of 15 months asked what my three most favorite pieces of music were?
I said, " Do you REALLY want to know?" She said, " Of course"
I said, OK
number 3 : The Scream of a Ferrari V12 engine at 18,000 rpms
NUmber 2: The deep rumble of the small bock chevy at 6000 rpms with open exhaust flying by.
and Number 1: Cranking over the small block chevy with open exhaust.
Music to my heart and ears.
