I haven't seen anyone lower the pedal height on the brakes, but most will raise the throttle to meet it under heel/toe conditions. I do not believe there is an adjustment on the master cylinder rod, but again I haven't checked that on the OEM setup.

I'd have to agree with anthony. I actually raised the pedal on my c5. I have yet to drive a production car that had the brake pedal too high. Keep in mind that under severe braking the brake pedal will most likely be lower or level, at best, with the throttle. That is not desirable on the track.

The way I have seen it done is either with a composite or aluminum bolted to the gas pedal. Typically making it wider and taller. Shouldn't have to move it much. Event with stainless lines, and a hard pad on the car the brake is still going to fall at least an inch.
