I totally agree. I have been using one for years and love the way it leaves my car and without ever touching it.....way to go

Have read many positive comments about the Master Blaster.

Love the Master Blaster for it's heated air and velocity of airflow. Corvettes (both my old C5 and the new C7) are the "weepiest" cars I've ever had -- mirrors, tail lights, vents, reflectors, lugs, and all the other crevices that seem to hold water and weep just after you got it dry.
Got my blaster from Jim at Southern Car Parts about 5 years ago. Although it's an admitted luxury, I would not want to be without it.

Absorber for about 10 bucks is the best way!
Little does anyone know.
When you use air to blow out the mirrors and cracks. If you watch close in bright light.
The water coming out of the cracks around your lights and mirrors is dirty with minerals and it quickly dries
and leaves a stain on your finish hard to see but it's there.
I never blow dry my car. An absorber and a fine quality micro cloth.

You're making a pretty big assumption that it won't suck in something while drying the car and hurl it at 160 MPH at your paint. I get you check before starting but that is not a guarantee it won't pick something up during the dry.

I concur! I too have one. 2 4hp motors to blow clean, heated air onto the car. BEST solution IMO. I then use an Adams Double Soft Microfiber towel with a little squirt of Adams detail spray to finish off the vehicle. The Double Soft Towel is a MUST have for anybody that does their own detailing! I dare you to buy one and disagree with me!! Plus they're only $15

Corvette drying in the 70's
My friends way of drying his new flame orange 1976. Foot to the floor, one lap around the block, back in the garage for a final wipe with a Holiday Inn towel. Hit the tires with Pledge and he was good to go!

I use a Master Blaster Side-kick. Small, hand held, intended for motor cycles. Filtered air inlet, minimal air heat.
If you got the car really clean and your wax is in good condition, start at the roof and work your way down, the water just sheets off ahead of the air. I open the hood and dry both sides and under hood. The air gets all the crevices dry. Takes me about 20 minutes.
If you don't touch it, you can't scratch it.
PS I also have a 0.5 micron water filter on my wash hose.

Washed my car the other day, a nice sunny day and I dried it off with the leaf blower. It seems to take too long to dry because the water that is left, dried on the paint and windows and looked terrible. I had to go over the entire car, including the wheels, with detail spray and microfiber cloth. I've used the leaf blower before and don't like it at all. I use the "absorber" cloth and that works the best. They are really good when your at a car show and it briefly rains and then you dry off the car with the absorber;it gets washed in the washing machine and put back in the tube damp.

Hmmmmmmmmm.
It's a car! so let's not pamper it ......But, because my vette is a bit special to me.........I use a rinseless wash and wash/dry a panel at a time starting at the top. Wash with a good microfiber and dry with Bath Towels that have been washed over & over that my wife wants to throw away.
Soooooo...I wash my drying towels by themselves in cold water w/ no soap. And I dry them with NO drying agents. No Downey, No Drying sheets, no nothing....I do have a gizmo on my washer that generates ozone in the water, so we use no soaps at all when we wash.
Anyway, no blowers..........just bath towels ready for the trash
Oh yea.......I wash, dry, etc inside my garage & never in direct sunlight.
