DFW Looking for Reputable Garage - Plano Area
Hey guys, I've been lurking for awhile. I may have even posted once or twice. I wound up buying an '02 C5 Z06 about a month or two ago.
I'm in need of a garage/dealership to take my car to. I like to think I'm not too picky, I just don't want to get jerked around, overcharged and rigorously upsold on anything under the sun. Oh yeah, Saturday hours at the garage would be nice too.
I've had great luck in the past with car forums providing suggestions and referrals to such a place. I'd love to hear any referrals you guys might have!
Thanks!

Thanks guys, I'll check them out and maybe give them a call.
After looking at their website, I guess maybe I should expand on my original post a bit. I'm doing my best this time to resist the sweet siren's call of modifications, I've done that in the past with other cars and this time around I tried to buy something already fast enough.
That being said, I'm really just needing a place to do routine maintenance and to diagnose/repair the things that I break or wear out. In some cases I've found in the past that other performance shops aren't always interested in doing that kind of work is LG Motorsports the right place for what I'm describing?

Yep, they'll work on normal wear and tear items as well as maintenance.

As a second option you may consider True Street Motorsports in Mckinney. ask for Sean.

Dealership Service recommendation,
Huffines Plano
dont know why i cant remember his name but he takes care of all the corvette owners and they even reserve special parking for corvettes. As far as dealerships go its been nothing but super service for me and the others who recommended me to him.

LG does awesome work. I'll be there all day Monday
I can vouch for Huffines. They've done some great service as well. Especially when I had to get my rear bumper repaired in their body shop.

Why would you take a Chevy to a Honda dealer instead of a place that not only does more work on Chevy's, but also specializes in Corvettes? A Honda mechanic is fluent in Honda's. They don't know all of the ins and outs, gremlins, and tricks of the trade for a Corvette anywhere near as well as a place like LG or a Chevrolet dealer. That just doesn't make sense to me.
