C8 Corvettes UNDERSTEER

The Complaint: When pushed hard on the track, professional drivers and auto journalists noted much more understeer than in previous Corvette generations.

The Engineering: With the affordable nature of the C8 Corvettes, it’s likely that Chevy engineers had to consider things like safety when designing the handling characteristics of their amazingly fast mid-engine sports car. As such, UNDERsteer is a lot easier to predict and handle than oversteer. That said, Chevy accounted for these issues and built in simple ways to adjust the handling characteristic of any C8 you want to take to the track. You can not only adjust the camber, but also corner-balance your C8 with threaded spring seats.
