C7 Priced as High as $282,000 in China
The new Corvette Stingray might be a steal for the money here in the U.S. when compared with other sports cars, but the price for the American icon goes up quite a bit if you call China home.
While GM hasn’t said whether it will make the car available in China, C7s imported to the country are going for $250,000 and higher, according to a GT Spirit report. In fact, a pair of new Corvettes including a red model and a blue model being sold in China are priced at $282,000 and $273,000, respectively, and they aren’t even equipped with the Z51 package.
That puts some perspective on those little price hikes here in the States, doesn’t it?
