Insurance Can Vary Widely by State, Car Model, and Personal Driving Habits

Insurance is one of those things that we either love or hate. For those of us in the unfortunate situation where we need it, we are quite thankful. Shoppers who are looking for a good rate often feel opposite of this. Corvette Forum members understandably like to speak up when they find a deal, and this thread has helped a few of us save money already.

One thing that you may find, though, is that the quotes can change dramatically by state, city, and your own driving record. Cost of insurance is a bet on risk, so coverage on a car that isn’t garaged, or one driven daily, or one driven by someone with a ticketed history could vary greatly.

Get out there and shop already! The more you save on insurance, the more you can spend on tires and fuel.
