I don't know what IB plans on doing in the future as far as opening up personal home pages to everyone goes. Personally, I would like to see personal home pages that are tied into your profile in some way.

The personal pages became a bandwidth problem in the past and a moratorium was improsed on new personal pages until the issue could be addressed. For a variety of reasons, the issue never came to the top of the "to-do list."
I'll see what I can find out about the possibility of bringing them back.
