You may be right on that but it bears asking anyway IMO. If asked he will post NO new information and I think we can all bet on that. It does let them know however that amid all this hoopla about their precious new C7, that there are a lot of folks that have not taken their eye off the ball and have not forgotten about this issue, as mush as they would like that to be the case. Maybe they will start to get the idea that folks like myself who have been lifelong GM customers are beginning to turn their back on GM over the handling of this issue, and certainly will not consider purchasing a C7 ZO6 and taking another expensive gamble. There is no sense at all in rewarding mediocre customer service and a turn your back attitude on loyal customers. The very least he can answer is to tell us what do to actually fix these things instead of keeping us out here for years in a guessing game. It's disgusting.

As for the "fix" in the thread you posted, I saw that. That's why I said "fixes" in " ". lol
However, Katech did say they used the SS valves, which they did NOT recommend. Who knows..
Trust me, I'm not totally up on the info as there is way too much for my time to read it all..And I'm not bashing...just would like answers like the rest of us in here..

And THIS is NOT an isolated incident! How can GM continue to completely ignore this?
Tadge, I get the whole thing of "GM will fix the ones that fail under warranty, and if it fails outside of warranty we won't pay for it". What I want is, for GM to tell us IN DETAIL what is actually causing this problem. For GM to tell us IN DETAIL exactly what needs to be done to solve this problem. For GM to offer a kit at the parts counter that will solve this problem.
That is the bare minimum.

Why don't you post the link to where the actual voting must be done.
Would be ashame if this question was not presented for any reason .........
