Sales Model Change?
Are there plans to change the business model on how Corvettes are sold? It seems there are many hurdles a dealership’s sales team must conquer to order a Corvette (i.e. constraints, allocation, the basic knowledge of how the order process works and even basic knowledge of the car itself).
I’ve read multiple posts that discuss these complexities and the ultimate negative impacts on your customers. Maybe a change is necessary?
