I would like to ask why no questions are ever carried over from previous voting. Since the paint quality question was highly rated why did it not make the cut for the next round of questions ? Why do we start fresh every time ?

Careful reading of the entire forum will, of course, show you that the paint one won the vote and was sent to Tadge last weekend.
