How would PTMS cope with a 1" smaller overall wheel+tire diameter?
Simply put... want to go 1" smaller on all four corners of my car while retaining the same ratio sidewall... front to rear tires size ratios will stay the same...
This will mean that the vehicle will be running a high overall drive ratio by approximately 3.8%....
lighter wheels, theoretically lighter tires... same width as stock... higher drive ration for more torque ( albiet worse fuel economoy....) all seem like a win-win.... BUT....
how will this effect PTMS?
Also curious if GM can recalibrate my Speedo and Odometer in order to read properly and not log more miles than I've actually driven...
I could go aftermarket but I dont want to void my warranty with a tune flag....
