Default Blue LED C4 interor lights / cold cathode kits

I really dont like starting new threads, but what the hell, ive not done one in a while. I was attempting to do a search on C4's that have had LED mods done to them, but really didnt find much, thanks to our highly accurate search engine. It did, however return a bunch of C5 mods, which was close enough. I remembered Scott's blue led for .34/a pop website, but those bastards decided to take a 2 week vacation and now they wont be shipping till march 14th ..... and I was all getty and happy that I was about to order about 50 LED's from them, and a couple of cold cathodes, but luckily I noticed a little message on the payment page claiming they've never had a vacation, and are closing for a few weeks.....Bastards. Anyways, I did manage to order some crap from somwhere else, but ive never seen anyone on here use them, but maybe I missed a thread... Here's what I bought

These like 6 bucks each, and I figured it was worth the money for less of a hassle than mounting a bunch of LED's in a home made fixture. I'm all for lazyiness. Just wanted to know if anyone else had tried these or similar.

I was really surprised to find that after about an hour of surfing for cold cathodes, Scott's link was STILL the better price out of everyone online. All other prices were twice the cost on other sites, so screw that. I'll just wait a few days till the slackers get back to work

I was surprised to find out for the price of $6.49 - you get 2 tubes and a transformer. Best deal online yet, even if they are on vacation.

So if anyone has tried either of these, id apprecaite a review.

Ok, this thread is worthless, I bought the LED's from Ozium anyways, even if they are on vacation. So I guess i'll give YOU a review on them. I orderd 15 blue, 10 white, and 8 UV LEDs, and a few cold cathodes...so lets see how creative i'll get.

any suggestions are still welcomed

i purchased the leds and the cathode tubes. the led's are super bright and so aren't the cold cathodes. They do give off more white light then a typical neon tube but they do look great. I purchased these to light up my carpc case but i think i may purchase another set for the interior footwells to turn on when i open the doors.

The guys at oznium have great customer service you wont be dissapointed.

Sorry bro, I got them from here, and this is the bulb replacment info :

Festoon Dome LED Light Bulbs - 3022, 211, 212, 3175 (39 MM)
http://autolumination.com/festoon.htm
6.99 each

Ya know the little illumination lights on the doors? Thats where these go, im still debating on either this bulb replacment, or putting a 4" cold cathode in their instead. The LED array is 57000 Mcd, which isnt too shabby, and I have no cold cathode illumination specs to compare to, so whatever is insanely brighter is what will win.

The little replacemtn bulbs are great if you dont want to hack on anything though. I found one place that was wanting 50 bucks for these!!
