Default Can someone Please help me find this part...........

I was wondering if you have any idea as to where I can find a male headlight connector, that will plug into the female that plugs onto the standard "old school" headlight. I've attached a picture of what I'm looking for. I can't seem to find them anywhere, and I'm not sure what to type into a search to look for it. I hoped that someone can help me out, because I can't find it anywhere. It's the male counterpart to the standard female plug, and they seem to be pretty rare. I've chacked Pep Boys, Auto Zone, Radio Shack, WalMart, K-Mart, and am pretty frustrated. I know that they make them, because it's on the passenger side, but they didn't have it for the driver's side (I can't figure that one out). I don't want to cut/splice/shrink wrap it, if I can find the connector and make it look as OEM as possible.

The setup on the left is how it is now, on the driver's side. The right picture is how it is on the passenger side, with the connector that I'm looking for. I have NO idea why they would send one side with the connector and one without it. Doesn't make much sense to me. Thanks in advance!

i wish i could help you...is molex connecter the generic term for those things?

i had a similar situation on my last car and ended up just using spade terminals (the non-insulated kind) and it fit nicely... it wasn't stock looking but it was covered with electrical tape and also stuck under the bumper cover so i wasn't worried about how stock it looked.

hope it helps a little

Thanks Scott, for the reply! I don't know if that's what they're called. I thought that they were weatherpaks, but it didn't turn up anything on a search as to what I was looking for. I'll try molex and see what turns up. Thanks again!

Molex is a brand name, so that wont help any Have you tried your local GM dealership? I cant believe that they couldnt look the part up if you took your car up there and drag one of the guys from behind the counter out there and show him what it is. That at least is, your best local bet on the part....
