b-Quiet told me i would need between 70-90 sq feet to do the entire
interior, I ordered 100 sq feet plus some lcomp to do my interior last week.
Though its still cold here and I only have a covered garage not
an enclosed garage so I wont be installing for a few weeks at least.

I have slowly been installing the sound deadener in my '87.
I have found that when it is cold, say 50 degrees and no sun shine it applies very easily.
It is very easy to slid it around a bit to properly locate it when its cool. Then I heat it with a hot air gun and press it into place.
When it is 60 and sunny the stuff instantly sticks to everything and is a bugger to properly locate.
Hope this tip helps you when you do yours.
