Interested in C6 custom speaker box?
I want to build a custom speaker box for the C6. I have built boxes for the G35 and RX8 for the last year. I have sold 100+ boxes for these cars. The reason the box is different is that I try to keep the box factory looking. I believe the C6 would be a good platform to fabricate a box for two 10" subs and amp rack. The two small wells in the trunk would be used as air space for the fiberglass box. I would want to keep it only 4 inches tall too. My goals for the enclosure are a factory look, zero interference with factory gear, and no drilling or cutting of the car. Would anyone be interested? Would anyone in the Houston area donate their car so that we can take a moulde? I would give this person a free box and amp rack. Here are some links to pics of the boxes I built for the other cars.

I think you will have a lot of interest in your enclosure if you built a quality product. There have been people on this forum before, like you, who have asked about interest in them building enclosures and mounting kits for the C4 and C5 Vette and have gone on to have great success. I hope you get a car to design your enclosure with and I'm sure you will have quite a bit of interest in it. Keep us up to date on what you come up with.

Come on one of you Houston C6 owners, get your car to him! This sounds like a good deal. If I were in Houston I would be there in a heart beat.
