Wireless subwoofer?
I know there are wireless speakers, you can just place the speakers where you want in home audio.
I have read that the same can be applied to subwoofers as well.
Can you place a wireless subwoofer in a car audio setup?
This would eliminate all the wiring and such, plus as an added bonus being able to move the subwoofer box at will if you needed a bit more space.
Just a thought. Would it work? Yes/ No?

Wireless speakers still need power. You would still have to wire them from the amp, even if the input from the head unit to the amp was wireless.
is it really worth fabbing some complicated system to get around replacing an RCA cable?

I was just thinking about alternatives and just wondering if it would have been possible.

you could use an all in one solution like an infiniti basslink and simplify things a bit

Infiniti sells cars. Infinity sells audio components.
